Refresh the page first and then freshly start to access the website. Now click on the "Client area".
First check wheather your account is logged out or not. If it is not, then log out your account first and refresh the page, then click on "Client Area". Check your captcha carefully.
First check your document size and format if it is not uploaded properly. The content of the document should be in the given format. Now upload it.
Click on previous button set on the top of the left corner. Upload your documents again. If you are in the same page, upload the particulars in the same area.
Check the application status. If there is any pending message, then do the needful.
